Admission Fees Policy

Once the Parent/Guardian of the child seeking admission has applied for admission to a particular child and paid the Admission Fee, the Admission Fee is refundable only in case of one (or both) of the two conditions below:

  1. The child isn’t eligible for admission to the particular grade due to reasons such as age criteria, location, etc. whatsoever, and the parent does not want to/or is incapable of providing additional documentation for supporting the child’s eligibility for admission.
  2. The child isn’t eligible for admission to the particular grade due to reasons such as age criteria, location, etc. whatsoever, and the parent does not want the child to take an ‘Assessment’.

 

In either/both of the cases above, the Admission Fee will be refundable only if the parent has dropped an email at [email protected] and [email protected] within 24 hours of paying the Admission Fee clearly stating ‘I want an Admission Fee refund’ and K12 Online School has confirmed on email within the same timeframe of 24 Hours, that the Admission Fee will be refunded.

“No Admission Fee will be refunded under any circumstances once K12 Schools has issued the Confirmation of Admission of a particular child.”

K12 Schools have the right and discretion to refuse admission to any child and/or refund the Admission Fee.

In case of Admission Fee deposits from Bank Accounts outside of India, the Admission Fee will be non-refundable under all circumstances.

FEES POLICY:

Tuition Fees

Tuition fees for the academic year are as follows:

  • Fee Structure: Tuition fees as suggested by the Admission Counselor as per the programs and grade levels.
  • Payment Schedule: Payment can be scheduled Annually, quarterly, and Half Yearly
    (Monthly Payment Plan is available only on request by the Parent and approval by email to [email protected], or cc: [email protected]), All fees must be paid on or before the 10th of the month by the Parents.
  • Methods of Payment: Payments can be made through Bank Account Transfer, Online Banking mode, Payment Gateway via All Debit and credit cards.
  • Payment Reminders: Parents get a reminder of Tuition fees by Notification in School ERP, email, and WhatsApp by the PRO/FINANCE TEAM

Late Payment and Penalties

  • Grace Period: 5 days after the due date. Late fees will be applicable after the grace period.
  • Late Fee: Per day Penalty applied after the due date as per the currency mode selected by parents.
    • If the currency mode chosen is Indian Rupees (INR), the late fee is Rs 50 per day.
    • If the currency mode chosen is US Dollars (USD), the late fee is $1 per day.
    • If the currency mode chosen is United Arab Emirates Dirham (AED), the late fee is 4 AED per day.
    • If the currency mode chosen is other apart from the above, the late fee is $1 per day.
  • Consequences of Non-Payment:
    • Access to school facilities & class log-in will be suspended till Outstanding dues are not cleared.
    • In case of outstanding dues in the current session, Students are not eligible to attend classes, Examinations, mark sheets, report cards, Transfer certificates, and school Documents.
    • In case of outstanding dues in the current session, Students are not able to re-enroll for the next upcoming session.

Legal and Compliance

By enrolling at K12 Schools, Parents agree to abide by this policy. Any updates in policy will be communicated via email.
